Silke Communications President Appointed to EWA’s Private Wireless Education Council

The Enterprise Wireless Alliance has announced the addition of Silke Communications President Jim Silke, Jr. to the Board of Trustees of the Private Wireless Education Council (PWEC).

The Enterprise Wireless Alliance is the leading advocate for business enterprises, private carrier operators, wireless sales and service organizations, and private wireless equipment vendors. EWA provides spectrum acquisition strategies, frequency coordination, license preparation, license management and associated reporting services. Through the Private Wireless Education Council, the Enterprise Wireless Alliance provides greater access to training programs in place today as well as to additional courses that expand its members' knowledge base, such as licensing and frequency coordination, system planning, spectrum acquisition, safety requirements, and RF interference mitigation.
